Firstly I would like to thank you all for your ongoing support over the years with Humidity Response Ltd.
Over the past year I have had many clients ask me about the areas we cover or what areas can we cover?
Can I cover a surge if a natural disaster happened? What is my flexibility on call outs? And so on….
I am not sure if any of you are aware but a family member of mine Chris Head also has a fire and flood restoration company which is based in Horsham, Sussex and over the past year Chris and I have been in talks about combining Humidity Response Ltd and Regency Restoration Ltd in to two companies working closely alongside each other.
Our main reason for this is to give us a large coverage area and us to offer a larger and quicker response to our 24hr service.
With both companies’ combined it will give us one of the largest stockist of drying equipment available to the South East and South West of England.
This also will enable us to be much more competitive with the larger companies within our industry, but with lower rates as our companies are both family run businesses with low over heads (excuse the pun).
Let me give you some information on Chris’s background and how Chris got to where he is today. Chris was the proud owner of Regency Response Ltd, established back in 1999 and prior to this Chris was working alongside some of the larger insurance companies. Chris over many years built his company to become one of the leading fire and flood response company’s within our industry to one day an Loss adjuster group offered Chris a deal Chris couldn’t refuse and sold Regency Response, This group asked Chris to stay on and manage the overall day to day running of this group. Chris successful run this group for many years until Chris decided it was time to seek a new path and seeking new opportunity’s and building Regency Restoration to where it is today.
Chris like my self has been in this industry for many years in fact Chris has over 18 years’ experience in this industry with many qualifications from BDMA, IICRC, and NCCA and so on… and now combining both companies it gives us over 31 years’ experience.
Our Goal is to not change anything, but to carry on giving our clients 100% while having the ability to cover most of the south and the benefits of reducing our response times on call outs.
We believe customers will benefit from our expansion allowing them still the same direct point of communication and still be within the family company giving them complete confidence that our family company is not a franchise and is not money driven by how much equipment can be installed but to get families and business owners back to a pre-loss condition as quickly and as efficiently as possible with minimal disturbance.
Over the next coming weeks Regency Restoration Ltd website and emails will be revamped to work alongside Humidity Response Ltd website. All details and areas will be listed on the website soon…
