I hired Humidity Response when a leak in my bathroom turned out to be the original plumbing being faulty and had been leaking for year and years, causing not only my flooring, layers of concrete and water spreading to the kitchen but also my neighbours below in the block of apartments. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

After a flood in our kitchen that meant our kitchen and flooring had to be removed so as the concrete floor below could be dried out, the engineer from humidity response (Patric) was excellent and explained how the drying machines worked. He took great consideration to get the machines in to the house even taking them in from the back of the property to minimise any disruption and fully explained how he would take samples on a weekly basis to access when it was dry. He arrived on time for appointments and asked if we had any questions before he left.

Our Insurance company instructed Humidity Response to carry out rapid drying after a leak in the bathroom.

The dehumidifier unit was left running for a week and seems to have dried out really well, with no signs of any smells.

Had the guys in to dry out a wall that was soaked because of a burst pipe. Done a very efficient job very and very friendly

I live abroad and tbe tenant in my property in the UK had a quite severe water leak there. I rang this company at 10am to ask if they could help me.

At 2pm they were inside the property sourcing the leak and without any fuss or drama the leak was found, photographed & videoed (for me to look at)

The chaps then proceeded to fix the leak and ensure no more water was evident.

They kept in touch with me throughout the afternoon to let me know what was happening and the steps they were taking to deal with it. Within 3 hours it was all sorted and chaps were on their way.

I can reccomend them highly, no fuss, no drama, they took the facts from me and promised they would attend that afternoon, they were true to their word.

They are now in my phone on speed dial in case of any further emergencies of this nature.

Thank you for a amazing service , the response time was a very impressive hour and half . The service was 1st Class all round .

We instructed Humidity Response to undertake the decontamination of a block of empty offices that had been used as a squat. Drug paraphernalia including used needles was evident throughout.

The building needed to be made safe before refurbishment took place, we have used Humidity Response for many years now and they have always delivered a first class service.

I appointed Humidity Response to carry out mould remediation and rapid drying after one of our sites was hit by heavy rains before we could make it watertight.

Mould removed and property dried quickly and professionally so that construction was not delayed.

I engaged Humidity Response in the rapid drying of both the concrete floor slabs and the cavity walls of both blocks comprising 9 apartments in each block. The buildings had become saturated due to the heavy rains and getting them dry was of the utmost importance.

This they achieved and as a result of their efforts they went on to dry other sites.
